Wedding photography - May 2010

My second wedding and I'm beginning to get addicted to them. It's so wonderful to be such an integral part of someone's special day. This wedding was a very intimate affair, just six of us, including the bride and groom but so full of emotion. What's great for me is that I'm really finding my stride with the images I take. The combination of colour digital and black & white film is a real winner and adds something extra to the images.

I was thrilled to find out that one of my images has been used on a book cover by Random House.
Looks like a good book too. Given that I LOVE reading, this is the best news for me.

Private Portrait - May 2010

I love shooting on location, especially when the location is as beautiful as this and with so much meaning to the people I'm photographing. We had great fun riding from one lovely spot to another.
6 adults, 7 children, 3 dogs and a herd of cattle. Oh, and some rain. Now that's what I call a portrait session!
